Yaesu VX-7R Low Volume Fix

Recently found the volume on my VX7R was super low. Plugging in an external speaker showed that the circuit was working fine, wall to wall. Some internet expert fixes point towards the radio's submersible properties not letting the speaker cone move to produce sound. Remove the battery and let the atmospheric differences equalize.

Did not work for me. What did work was putting my mouth over the speaker grill and applying some pressure both ways. Little radio is loud again.
