Humana Robocall Numbers
I picked Humana for my Part D Medicare for it's similarities to my previous
prescription insurance when I retired. Not only are the benefits and covered
meds similar, there is an annoying repetitious hounding by mail, text and
robocalls begging me to switch to it's preferred Rx by mail pharmacy. Not
wanting to switch should be an easy "no' checkbox. Even when I've met my
deductable and there are no savings in switching (only poor service and
possible mail theft) I get calls. So far I've collected a few different
phone numbers they use, I don't block them I simply put them on a silent
ringtone just to monitor the activity.
Here are the numbers caller ID shows:
(855) 343-3364
(866) 440-7326
(844) 670-7600
(844) 200-0229
(302) 927-3338
(855) 324-8475
All robo voicemail refers to call (844) 670-7600
Text spam comes from 48746 or 487-46, referring you to call (844) 476-9138.

Since I requested paperless services my EOBs come via email. More pesky shilling for the Centerwell Pharmacy comes by regular mail, meaning the so called Important Plan Information is not important as it claims.
